Definitions
User

The individual who utilizes the Site, who corresponds to the Subject, or must be authorized by the latter, and whose Personal Data are the subject of the processing.
Subject

The natural person the Personal Data refer to.
Personal Data (or Data)

Any information concerning a natural person who is identified or identifiable («subject»). "Identifiable" is the natural person who can be identified - directly and/or indirectly - with special reference to identifications such as his/her name, identification number, data relevant to his/her location, on-line identification or one or more characteristic elements of his/her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity.
Data of Use

This is the information that is automatically collected by the Site, amongst which: the IP addresses or the computer ID's utilized by the User who connects to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numeric code that indicates the status of the server response (relayed, error, etc.) the Country of origin, the features of the browser and of the operating system utilized by the visitor, the different time features of the visit (e.g.: the time spent on each page) and the details concerning the pathway followed within the Site, with particular reference to the pages consulted, to the parameters relevant to the operating system and to the IT environment of the User.
The Processor

The natural person or legal entity, public authority, service or any other organization which processes personal data on behalf of the Process Controller.
Process Controller

The natural personal or legal entity, public authority or any other organization which - either individually or with others - determines the purposes and means of the personal data processing. Unless otherwise specified, the Process Controller is the owner of the Site.
Cookies

Small text files the Site sends to the device of the User who visits it. Such files are saved and preserved within the device, to be then transmitted back to the same Site at the subsequent visit.
Legal references

This information on the privacy is drafted on the basis of articles 13 and 14 of UE Regulations 2016/679, as well as of the Provisions of the Privacy Guarantor of May 8th 2014, as related to the section concerning the cookies. Such information on the privacy solely concerns this Site.
This page is visible through links at the bottom of every page of the Site and in the request for consent to send the filled forms.
Types of collected data

The personal data collected by the Site, either autonomously or through third parties, include:

    > Data that are voluntarily transmitted by the Site Users;
    > Cookies;
    > Data of Use.

As a whole, such groups of data compose the “Personal Data” of the collected Users.
Modes, place and time of the processing of the collected Personal Data
Processing modes

The Process Controller processes the Personal Data of the Users adopting the appropriate security measures to prevent the loss, modification, destruction, unauthorized disclosure of the accidental or illegal access to the Personal Data.
The processing is performed through IT and/or telematic tools, in organization modes and with logics that are strictly linked to the indicated purposes. In some cases, besides the process Controller and - on his/her behalf - categories of employees involved in the management of such data and - therefore - with specific instructions (administration, sale and marketing personnel, as well as system administrators) access to the Personal Data may be granted to external subjects (such as hosting providers, IT and marketing companies, companies which manage the E-mail service through which the requests of the Users who utilize the Site forms, through which the newsletter the User subscribes to or which - in case of consent - the Company uses to forward the promotional/advertising or information communications, legal cabinets for the safeguard of the Company's rights - if required - judicial bodies, arbitration colleges, mediation organisms and relevant mediators and consultants - in case of litigations) – who can also be appointed - if required - as Processors by the Process Controller. The Process Controller can always be requested the updated list of the Processors.
The Personal Data shall not be a subject of communication towards countries outside the European Union or outside the European Commission adaptation list. Furthermore, in the specific case of communication towards the United States, the Personal Data may be subject of communication only to companies that have endorsed the EU-US Privacy Shield.
Place

The Personal Data are processed at the Process Controller's operations and - where required - at the premises of his/her Processors.
Timing

The Personal Data acquired through the Site shall be deleted once the purpose of their collection ceases; therefore, - for example - after requesting deletion from the subscription to the newsletter, after replying to requests of information or of interview for collaboration or hiring and - in any case - within the maximum term of 12 Months as from the receipt of such requests, or also after the revocation to the consent to receive business communications.
Purpose and juridical basis of the processing

The processing of the Personal data filled by the User into the different forms contained in the Site shall be performed for the following purposes:

    a) to send the newsletter, after a request expressed by filling the form contained in the Site;
    b) to reply to the request of information (“Frequently Asked Questions” and “Fast Request”), which is forwarded through the filling of the forms contained in all the pages of the Site, besides the "Contacts" page, or through the sending of an E-mail using the E-mail address/es published on the Site;
    c) to register at the Site, which is required to consult medical products;
    d) to analyze requests of collaboration with the Company and the enclosed curriculum vitae, for the position of sales representative or for other ones, formulated through the form you have access to from the “Work with us” link.

All this processing can be performed without any need of consent by the Users, since in execution of his/her autonomous requests formulated either through the forms or by sending an E-mail, pursuant to art. 6.1, lett. b) of EU regulations no. 679/2016.
Besides the aforementioned processing, the Personal Data can be utilized - after expressed consent - to send to the User's E-mail address communications relevant to the Company activities, to it products, initiatives or events the Company participates to.
Obligation/Non-Obligation to transfer the personal data

The transfer of the data by the User is mandatory when required to respond to his/her requests; subsequently, the non- filling of such data would not enable us to respond to such request. It is optional in the other cases, such as - for example - to receive information or promotional communications on the Company activities.
Use of the cookies

The Site uses cookies to make its services simple and efficient for the users who view its pages.
The users who view the Site will see some minimum quantities of information introduced in their devices of use - which can be either computers or mobile peripherals - in small text files defined "cookies" - saved in the directories used by the User's web browser.
If the cookies are disabled, some of our services my not operate as appropriate and some pages not be properly viewed.
There are different types of cookies, some that make more efficient the use of the Site and other ones that enable some functions.

This type of cookies is strictly required for the appropriate operation of some sections of the Site. There are of two categories, namely: persistent and session cookies:

    > persistent: once the browser is closed, they are not destroyed, but preserved up to a preset expiry date;
    > session-cookies: they are destroyed every time the browser is closed.

These cookies, which are always sent from our domain, are required to view the Site as appropriate and as related to the technical services offered, will therefore always be utilized and sent, unless the User modifies the setup of his/her own browser (thus affecting the view of the Site pages).
Analytical cookies

The cookies of this category are used to collect the information on the use of the Site. The Site shall use this information as related to anonymous statistical analyses aimed at improving the use of the Site and at making its contents more interesting and relevant to the User's wishes. This type of cookies collects the data in anonymous form as related to the Users and on how he/she arrived at the Site. Third party service analysis cookies

These cookies are used in order to collect information in anonymous form on the use of the Site by the Users, such as: page visited, stay time, origin of the traffic, geographic origin, age, gender and interests for marketing campaign purposes. Cookies to integrate third parties' software products and functions

This type of cookies integrates functionalities developed by third parties within the pages of the Site, such as the icons and preferences expressed in the social networks, with the aim of sharing the contents of the site for the use of third parties' software services (such as the software to generate the maps and other software that offers additional services). In compliance with the law, regulations and standards in force, the Site is not obliged to ask for consent as related to the technical cookies, since they are required to provide the services requested.

Google reserves the right to transfer to third parties the information collected by its cookies if this is required by the law or where the third party subject processes information on its own account. Google shall not associate the User's IP address to any other data held by Google in order to obtain a deeper detail User's profile. Further information on the process
Defense before the courts

The User's Personal Data can be used by the Process Controller for defense before the courts or in the preparatory stages of the establishment of any proceedings, against abuses by the User in the use of the Site and/or its related services. The User declares he/she is aware that the Process Controller may be requested to disclose the Personal Data upon request of the public authorities.
Rights of the subject

At any time, the User can exert the right:

    > to access his/her personal data (to know the purposes of the process, the categories of personal data processed, the addressees or categories of addressees the data are communicated to, and if the latter are resident in third countries, the data preservation time);
    > to request their amendment, the deletion - in the defined cases - and the limitation of the process;
    > to oppose to their processing;
    > to request the portability of the data.

Right to oppose to the marketing activities.

In particular, the User has the right to oppose at any time to any processing the Company would do with his/her Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and - subsequently - to any business or advertising communications through E-mail or telephone. The modalities to exert such right are the same that are mentioned in the previous section "Rights of the subject", or in the ones that are reported at the bottom of the Company's E-mails to obtain deletion.
Withdrawal of the consent

Irrespectively on the aforementioned right to oppose, the User may withdraw his/her consent , to receive sales or promotional communications from the Company, without prejudice for the processes the Process Controller has legitimately performed before such withdrawal by checking the case located under the forms of the Site pages; the modalities for the withdrawal of the consent are the same that are illustrated in the previous section "Right to oppose to the marketing activities"
Right to submit a complaint

Furthermore, the User will have the right to submit a complaint to the personal protection Supervisory Authority, should he/she believe his/her data have been processed in breach of his/her rights.
Modifications to this Privacy Policy

The Process Controller reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, notifying the Users on this page. You are therefore kindly requested to often consult this page, taking as a reference the latest modification date reported at the bottom.
